Our Legal basis for processing Supplier information is "Contractual" and will be used for communicating with you for the following reasons.

Storage & Disposal
Data will be stored on our bookkeeping and email systems, located in the European Union. If you choose to pay via PayPal then your data will be stored in our PayPal account. All storage systems are accessed only by staff that have the appropriate role, validated by log in and secure passwords. If you cease to become a supplier or we are advised a member of your staff has left your employment, we will remove that personal information from the system, but it may remain on transactional records where applicable for 6 years in accordance with Company and Tax law. Your information will not be transferred out of the European Union.
